Memes are annoying
People online (other than this site, of course :D ) are just plain idiots. I'm tired of hearing people say 'fail', 'epic' or 'epic fail'. Here's an example... Say I drop a pen on the floor and someone on the other end of the classroom yells "epic fail!" First of all, how am I losing? Dropping a pen doesn't make me lose at anything. Secondly, epic means long, like a long journey. Am I losing long? How the fuck does that make sense? I know these words are trendy, but seriously? Also the made-up word 'pwned'... they spell things wrong thinking they are being cool and everything... but it's really fucking annoying. And how does winning a game grant you a person... Owning something means it is yours. A losing opponent isn't a slave. I'm also sick of memes. Repeating the same joke over and over just gets old and isn't funny anymore. The word troll gets on my nerves, too. It's just a polite way of saying someone is being a dickhead. I know a lot of people (including my own friends) do this, but I try to ignore it and not let it bug me, but sometimes it just goes "way too far." haha, had to add some KoRn lyrics in there at some point... and considering I'm on the KoRn site... :P
But seriously, what is your take on this kind of thing? Are you one of the annoying people (don't worry, I still love you) or are you annoyed like me?

Epic also refers to a type of poem with narration describing the feats of a hero. So, I think that's what people refer to whenever they used the term epic. They just mean something's great :P
I do tend to use meme's when I'm goofing around online with friends, when playing a game. Meme's have somewhat become synonymous with internet now, so I don't think they'll be leaving any time soon, as long as people keep creating different types of meme's.
