    Anyways, once I was really mad with a friend so I went upstairs, grabbed my baseball bat, and gave my own door some massive damage. Didn't really help me feel better, especially since it was MY door :(! So make sure you find a healthy way to control and release any urges. Most of the time when not thinking they can lead to something you didn't want in the first place.

    Yeah, I find myself biting my tounge alot around some of my friends because you know what you'll say will cause an arugment and its just not even worth it.
    I've also had a weird urge lately to shave my head aha, which is scary. Maybe one day I'll give in and I could probably donate my hair or something because its really long.
