Korn

My name is Julia. According to my mother, I was named after the song by The Beatles. I'm 44, live near Seattle, WA. I am originally from Ontario,California, born and raised. I've been a devoted KoRn fan for almost 20 years. My first KoRn show was at Club 5902 in Huntington Beach on Oct.30th 1993. I think Jonathan was dressed as the doll from the cover of Neidermeyer's Mind. I hope I get the chance to ask him about that some day. I love everything about KoRn, and I think Jonathan is a genius. He's GOT DAMN GIFTED. I love everything he's done. I've been to 60 KoRn shows but never met them(!!!!) I was a working single mom of 2 boys and going to school, never could afford VIP, but I consider myself blessed to have seen them at all. I hope I can meet them someday, just to maybe hug them and say thank you. So here's a little bit about me: I am an Aquarius. I am a music nerd, and all that that implies. My 2 favorite bands of all time are KoRn and Led Zeppelin, but I love all kinds of music: EDM / Techno / NR / Industrial / Metal / Punk / Reggae / Ska / Funk / Gangster Rap / Old School Hip Hop / Blues / Rockabilly / Celtic / World / Classical, on and on. I just have to say, I have so much respect for JD and Josie for all they do for our military HEROES. I am a Navy brat and an ex Army wife. Support our Troops it's NOT their fault! In my spare time, I volunteer at my local USO. I also love singing/performing. I've been in a band for 6 years, it's just for fun and I absolutely love it. Singing is my passion. My other interests include: Movies(horror is my fave) nature, reading helps me sleep, because I can't EVER turn my brain off. I like Jonathan Kellerman and Patricia Kornwell (hee hee Korn.) I'm not into sports, unless watching music vids on youtube is a sport. I love classic cars and hot rods. I LOVE TO DANCE. I love to cook. I have a mobid curiosity for serial killers like Ted Bundy, Ed Gein, etc. I'm fascinated by human behavior, which is partly why I am pursuing a degree in behavioral psychology. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs, but I used to. I am now a coffee junkie. I am happily single. I'm kinda shy, but I can be a total spazz. I can seem detached at times, but I'm just thinking.(I do that a LOT.) I am a loner, I cherish my freedom / privacy. I am very intuitive, and I seem to be hyper sensitive to other peoples' energy, which is why I keep my distance. People tend to drain me. However, sometimes I still crave human interaction. (dammit!) So, if you ever see me in the chat room, please understand, I'M A DORK, and pretty much anything I say in chat is a joke. I love to be silly and make fun of everything. I'm also kinda dirty,(hence the screen name)-- that's just how I roll. My ability to find the humor in everything (and KoRn!) are what gets me through life's little shit storms. I am just here to show my love and support for the greatest band in the world, and who knows, MAYBE make a friend or two.
