I met Jonathan Davis!
You guys won't believe it. At the J Devil show on Friday... I waited outside after the show ended, and I MET JONATHAN DAVIS!!!!

I can't retell it all, I'm already crying.
In short, you know I was sad that I couldn't get into the show cause it was 18+. Well I went anyway and heard it from outside, and of course it sounded fantastic. At 1am my mom and I parked out back where his car was (I also happened to have seen him get there at 11:45) and I met Beth (lorien_eve) and her friend Christine who were also waiting for JD. I brought my 1996 Kerrang! poster and a silver sharpie. Around 1:30 he came out and my heart nearly stopped.
I was first up after Beth said hi and I asked for a photo. He said 'oh sure!' and got next to me. I was ready to throw up I was so nervous. He put his arm around me and I think I died and went to heaven because he has the touch of an angel. I told him I couldn't go to the show cause I'm 17 and he said, 'oh, that sucks.' Stupidly I added when his face was next to mine, 'I'm like your number 1 fan.' Then the photo was taken and everything I was feeling was captured in that instant on my face:
I then asked him to sign my Kerrang poster, and I freaked out when I saw him giving me the special "P" smiley!
He then said to me ' actually, i'm gonna steal your pen for a bit' and he used my sharpie to sign everyone's stuff!
I asked Beth if we could get a photo together with Jon. She got beside him but there was this dude blocking my way. Jonathan beckoned to me, saying 'C'mon, get in!' with a smile. I squeezed by and got this awesome photo:
After that he had to leave, saying 'I gotta fuckin' go to bed. It was nice meeting everybody. Bye!' We all waved.
That night Jonathan taught me dreams really do come true. Very rarely do your idols turn out to be who you thought they were- Jonathan is the kindhearted person I always believed him to be. He may call himself 'J Devil' but he is truly an angel.
Jonathan, I've waited 4 years to finally meet you. I just want to say thank you for being there for me. Thank you for taking the time to meet the few fans who waited for you out back after the show, and thank you for letting me know dreams really do come true. You are an amazing man Jon and this was an experience I'll never ever forget.
