The darkness has taken me today,

If you were to look into my eyes through the window to my soul,

You would see the fires of hell burning within my heart.

You would see the anger made from a lifetime of pain and resentment.

A tainted life now only focused on the destruction of others,

The others that scorned me during the time I needed there help and compassion,

They will now only suffer under the rage that they have given to me,

As I step down the path of anger and rage I lose who I once was,

And become a mutated Angel that walks down a tainted walkway,

Whose wings and eyes are as dark and empty as the voids of space,

With a heart and soul full of anger I will walk on,

Until I can find my peace and who I once was.
