ok, so after a month of wondering where my tickets are. I finally got a hold of korn.com/groundctrl.com through the phone. My emails through support got me nowhere, so don't bother. They said they decided to send all tickets to will call, instead of mailing them through MAILINNOVATIONS, which I paid for. Without any notification or update. I will from now on always use ticketmaster. I guess I am lucky to be the card holder on these tickets because if they were a gift no one else could of picked them up. I can chill now and get excited I'm going to see KORN tomorrow night!!!!... unless something goes very wrong at will call.
