Fad Diets are Bullshit!
OK...I give up on this 500 calorie BULLSHIT! I just can't do that to my body...so I'm going the 1,200 calorie absolutely minimum for a woman according to the USDA. How do people do it? Constant hunger...headaches...DREAMING ABOUT FOOD...constantly tired and drained! OK...if you sit on your ass all day...I can see this diet working for you...but if you are active at all...NO WAY! The best way to go is a balanced diet and proper exercise...that is ALWAYS the best medicine! So if you need to lose weight, its not going to be fast (and if you do it fast, it won't be permanent)...do it the RIGHT way!
