Flymore - Korn's opinion?
I've googled all over the place, and cannot seem to find any statement from Korn about their thoughts on Flymore.
If you've never heard of Flymore, they're a nu metal band from Russia, and... well, their sounds is so close to Korns (even vocals) that many have mistaken Flymore songs as being new unreleased Korn songs.
In one track, they actually cover music from Korn. They use the music that used to play on Korn.com back around the Untouchables era when the whole site was in flash and you controlled some little shadowy dude in kind of a post-apocalypse world. Hehehe... that was what I saw the first time I ever got into Korn (I'm late, I know... but I've got more Korn music now than I know what to do with... including their Creep demo when they had their last singer before Jon joined).
Many fans immediately say "OMG Flymore is just a Korn ripoff band!"
My personal opinion is that the band sounds really good, but I think their vocalist is too sloppy. His guttural singing needs work... I think that's really my only problem with his vocals... He does them so often that it really detracts away from the song.
Still, I've always been kinda curious as to what the members of Korn thought of Flymore... whether they support them, whether they're indifferent, or whether they support them strictly in principle...
Has anyone else ever heard Korn's opinion? If not, what do you think of Flymore? I'd go google their song "No One No More". That one I think has all the best elements.
