Untouchables
Weirdly enough, I'm feeling disappointed with this album. Since yesterday, I was trying so hard to get into it. I listened to every song more than twice but I still have that odd feeling, like something is not right here. Hollow Life is probably the best song on the album and Beat It Upright is the funniest. I'm disappointed with songs like Wake Up Hate, especially lyrically. It's unlike Korn to write a song about "fucking things up"... I think.
When I brought Follow The Leader I absolutely loved every song. Then I brought Issues and it became my new favourite. If I was forced to rate each Korn album that I brought (Korn, Follow The Leader, Issues, Untouchables, See You On The Other Side and The Path Of Totality... yeah still don't have all of them), I would have to say that Untouchables is my least favourite. I hope that changes over the next week. I really do.
With that being said, what are your thoughts on Untouchables? And which song is your favourite?

I've read interviews where JD said it is his favourite album too.

I guess you're right guys. I was listening to Untouchables yesterday before I went to sleep and I start to like the songs more. Especially I'm Hiding and Hating. Also, I didn't talk about singles because I knew all of them before I brought the album, so I kind of liked them already.

i dont have untouchables but it took me a while to adjust to follow the leader. at first it started as me likin only freak on a leash and got the life but now i like almost evry song on the album, the same thing happened with issues, but now, i like evry song on it mayb yu need some time to adjust ^^)

Well I have every album and Untouchables is one of the ones I enjoy :P it's the black sheep out of the rest of Korn's material. It's also the album that JD wrote while breaking his addiction to drugs/alcohol/etc. My favorite song off the album, that would be tough to choose. There's always the classic "Here to Stay" along with the other two singles "Alone I Break" and "Thoughtless". I suppose if I had to pick one it would be "I'm Hiding"... or "Blame"... or "Embrace". I think you should give a few more spins, listen for the things you don't notice the first time around. It's really a good album, it's just very different compared to others.

follow the leader is pretty freaking awesome. oh i soo want See You On The Other Side.. i dont have all of them either. im working on it. i like Hollow life too but i dont have the album. i dont understand Beat It Upright. i had that song on my ipod (before it fucking broke last week...) and i couldn't get into it either.
