I need a little bit of advice

So lately my overall morale has been steadily declining and nothings been helping. Its not like im depressed or anything but i feel like im headed there and the first time was enough... So do you guys have any suggestions on how i can make myself feel better? And yes i try listenin to music :P

You just need to do something to take your mind away from your current problems.
