Well they did change music, so of course they're a historical band. A lot of people know they're pioneers in the metal world. They created nu metal! They're already recognized as creators of the genre and one of the most successful bands of all time.
I was thinking that the otherday mate, they should be in the hall of fame,if it wasnt for bands like metallica,and others, we wouldnt of had the pleasure...thats scary..
