"The Path Of Totality" (2011) review

Hey guys I'm sorry I can't do the revisiting for "See You On The Other Side", "Untitled", and "Korn III: Remember Who You Are", but it will be up soon. In the meantime let's get onto the review of Korn's 10th album "The Path Of Totality". To be honest with you I was really not all that happy with their newer albums. I thought they were stale, but had very few good tracks. I was not really excited about "The Path Of Totality" because I thought it was going to be more of the same stale crap. However, this album really blew me away, I fucking loved it!!!. I know this may sound weird to a lot of you, but this album is tied with my favorite album "Untouchables". Like I've said before I'm not a hardcore critic, and these are my honest opinions of these songs. Oh one more thing this a metal/techno album with some special guests: "Skrillex", "Noisia", "Excision", "Kill The Noise", "Downlink", "12th Planet", and "Feed Me".

1. CHAOS LIVES IN EVERYTHING - Awesome!!!. 5/5

2. KILL MERCY WITHIN - Awesome!!!. 5/5

3. MY WALL - Awesome!!!. 5/5

4. NARCISSISTIC CANNIBAL -Awesome!!!. 5/5

5. ILLUMINATI - Awesome!!!. 5/5

6. BURN THE OBEDIENT - I thought it was good at first, but got better the 2nd time around. 5/5

7. SANCTUARY - Same goes to this song too, I thought it was good at first but got better the 2nd time around. 5/5

8. LET'S GO - Awesome!!!. 5/5

9. GET UP! - Awesome!!!. 5/5

10. WAY TOO FAR - Awesome!!!. 5/5

11. BLEEDING OUT - Awesome!!!. 5/5

Hi There, With me being more of a later KORN fan, This was one of my favourite albums, & the dub-step was always some thing they should of done a long time ago, But its never to late to try any thing different as JD says.
I say it most of the time, But with this album, Just like the new one, There isn't one bad track on it. 5/5..Peace..

    Oh, I understand man, I agree ....
I admit that as a fan of Korn Remember Who You Are, I never really liked, for many reasons, especially because the guitars are a little saturated and the album sounds a bit like a demo, I think instead of See You On The Otherside, Untitled and the Path Of Totality, have been called instead of the big, experimental and of good quality! I like all three of these CDs;) ... Although, I like most of the early records of KoRn, I like getting their artistic journey and I think they have created the great sounds, as the years ... of course that's my opinion, dude;)
