Meet and Greets
Hmmmm so there are no links for meet and greets on the tour section or the contest section. I take it they aren't doing this anymore. I really hope this isn't the case. Does anybody have information about this.

I dont know how the M&G is in the USA, but here in Germany (so far i know it) you arent allowed to take pics with JD, Fieldy is ALWAYS in a bad mood, just munk and ray are cool, taking pics and talkin with you.
Its realy...well boring, i went to 5 M&Gs so far and always the same with JD/Fieldy, i dont get it :(
My meet n greet was the same. It reminded me of the movie 5th Element, where the DJ guy did autographs for fans, lined them up against the wall without much interaction. We weren't allowed photos with any of them. I did get to talk to Ray and Munky a bit, but only because I had the drawings. I think JD's just shy, He liked my drawing, but was so quite. Fieldy.. I don't know what's up with him, he didn't even do the meet n greet with Korn, we had to walk to the other side of the colliseum where he was selling cds with Stillwell. He seemed geeked when he saw my drawing where he had his Stillwell shirt on, and handed me a pick. I guess he was just excited about playing live with the other group, I just hope he doesn't forget that Korn is where it's at!

The meet and greets seem to have become a sour spot for fans over time in recent years but I've heard they've gotten better.

Someone told me at one meet and greet that jonathan did not stop to speak to people, he kept on walking. In another meet and greet no one could take pics with him.
Does it make me bad?? -

i've been reading about the last few posts here about the sour experiences fans have had during the meet and greets. I know Fieldy's always kinda had anger issues. We all know John is a bit shy. Anyway all i know is if i get a chance to meet them and my experience is bad i'd be heartbroken. lol (i man up and admit i'll even cry). KoRn's music, as a lot of their fans say, gets me through.

I've been to a few M&G's. All 4 members were at each of the 4 M&G's I've been to this year. JD goes quickly, but will shake your hand and talk briefly. Its hard to do pictures simply because of the # of people - it would take a long time if they all did pictures with everyone there. It's a great experience that I hope to have again.

I've met them 5 days ago. I was the only one at M&G so it was kinda quick. First I've met Fieldy with other Stillwell members. Didn't like him cause his approach was arrogant. But he did took photo with me later. I've met them outside. Then I was taken to dressing room. There I've met Munky. He was great, talked to me, hugged me, joked.He is very positive and it was a pleasure to meet him. I'm sorry I didn't speak with Ray, just took photo with him. I wouldn't meet JD if I didn't ask cause after that they were escorting me out. So I've waited for few minutes cause he was doing interview or something like that. Got the sing, got the hug, few words, wasn't allowed to take the photo. He was very sweet.
After all, it was my first show and M&G, and I've waited for it for 11 years, I would do it again. But this time I would took someone with me to take photos
cause my hand were shaking and I had to take them with iPhone.

Fieldy is ALWAYS in a bad mood
I've never met Fieldy before, but some friends tell me exactly what you said about him! xD
but we don't have to be prejudice with him, maybe he's tired or something
btw i got my m&g last year but i didn't read the message from Sèb so didn't go :( and JD wasn't at the m&g

I've only been to one. Fieldy was in a good mood. He seemed surprised when I asked him about being Punk'd.

I got to the meet and greet in sydney was best nigh of my life would love to see jd and sfa
and yes fieldy dude aleast have a smile. he could bealry look at us. and as jd always says its the fans who make them who they are, why could i not get a photo with you. : ( -

A lot of people mention Fieldy and how they perceive him to be grumpy. I don't know any better than any one else, but to me he doesn't seem to be the overly smiley type. Smiling can be exhausting for some LOL and if he's anything like me it's hard to smile just for the sake of smiling sometimes. I can't tell you how many times while I was growing up that people thought I was stuck up or mean just because my face was relaxed! LOL I guess I just have one of those faces. So I can cut Fieldy some slack. Just because someone doesn't smile as much as those around them doesn't necessarily mean they aren't appreciating you as a fan.

I understand what you're saying..... I'm not a people person at all, yet I had to smile and be nice to people I didn't like or want to be around for my job, every day for several years working sales. So, for the few moments, that he meets fans, I think he could put out a little effort. For my M&G, he was pretty stoked and in a great mood, smiling and laughing, but he was with Stillwell, not Korn. I think maybe he just needs something new to keep him pumped... which I can understand compeletly cause I got the hell out of sales!

Kornered: oh I get what you're saying too. I've been in one form of sales or another since I was 17...and we don't need to talk about just how long that's been LOL I can certainly see how that comparison can be drawn concerning how smiley or not smiley Fieldy is. I'm just saying that as far as I'm concerned I feel like he makes a consistent effort to greet fans...and I would rather he do it without a big-fake customer service inspired smile stuck on his face. I get the feeling that if he truly didn't want to do a m&g then he would skip it.
