Jon v. Obama

Wed, Mar 14, 2012 at 3:00 AM

I'm going to preface this by saying, "If this isn't a stickied post on this forum, then it should be."

I have been a painfully loyal KoRn fan since Issues. I know that sounds like "wow, next thing you'll tell me you've been enjoying air since birth, right?" Sorry. I didn't know about the band at all until a friend invited me to a concert (at the ripe old age of 13). (Saw my first live breasts there. Sick and Twisted indeed, props, aw yeah, good job).

All that aside, I was hooked from that exposure. The music was amazing. The visuals were amazing. Afterward I listened to every song like it was being played at such a venue, every time. It's a powerful feeling for a young, naive teen.

For over a decade I've been able to enjoy Korn's music because it had branded me since youth. I didn't care. This shit was awesome.

Then I saw this:

What the hell? Is Jonathan Davis a closet republican or a crackpot? The latter is much more acceptable, but I wish someone could tell him to take a step back and think.

Less than a year ago, I heard he was going to DJ a local gig and I nearly lost my shit. Now I think he's a robot with bad programming.

Any thoughts? Any justifications?

I do not believe in the illimunati but Im open minded. it was a joke. Thereis obviously no hope for you. Democrats were the Confederacy. The leader of the south, jefferson Davis, was a Confederate. Things havnt changed. FDR came up with a plan to control minorities by placing them in segregated neighborhoods and feeding them government money so they are stuck there. His plan ewas also to make them feel like they get free stuff so they will vote Democrat. FDR was a democrat and his plan worked. Dems are very smart at brainwashing and you have to give them credit but they are indeed terrible people. They are the first to judge you by race, sex, and exterior. They hate jobs because they want to keep the money for themselves. Obama wasted billions on alternative energy companies, all of which went bankrupt and now they donated tons of money to Obama relelection campaign. They are corrupt, they are puppets, Jon Davis is my hero. A celebrity who isnt a brainless fool or an American who isnt tricked. Bush was a solid president. Kept unemployment down and fought terrorism. O yea Obama released terorrist. he may be a terrorist, he is a muslim thats certain. Listen to Ted Nugent too . I will see Korn and Nugent in concert, Hail Conservatism.

The only way I can console myself in any way at this point is to read your posts and pretend that they're satire. Pardon me while I regress to my happy place.

America, where your right to be fucking insane is constitutionally certified. In the UK we laugh at them, in the US they're elected.

Obama is as Muslim as I am, and I'm not a Muslim. Your religious devotion to the political right is nothing short of laughable. To consider Ted Nugent a valid political commentator is to truly nail your colours to the mast of idiocy.

He said he was a Muslim on national TV and he went to a church where the main guy is a Muslim. DOnt you tell me who is an American. Ted Nugent is from the heartland and is who the real Americans are. Not all of these rich politicians out there. But for real Democrats are ruining Europe and now the United States. its a shame we have so many misinformed/stupid voters. If you do some research you will see Democrats only win because they have the stupid vote. Obama won with young people who had no business voting. I was 19 in 2008 and there was brainwashing going on amongst us. its very sad.

People like you are the reason why I've been a hardcore democrat up to last summer. Thank god I actually got to talk to some intelligent conservatives who knew what the fuck they were talking about. If you want to advance the Republican agenda, you would do it a service by remaining silent.

I find it very telling that his solution to getting the elected official he wants is to stop people who disagree from voting. Here's a tip for you, kid. You live in a country with democratic elections. Young people have every business voting because it is a right by definition of a democracy.

Cant tell if troll or just moron.

The turth is that I am much smarter than you people. Every single one of you Democrats say the same things. its because your brain washed by the media. FoX news is the only legit station that reports real news. Its fair and balanced, they actually have dems and repubs on the air. All of the other stations only carry dems on air. As it goes for young people voting, I just believe there should be a ttest on basic U.S history and Law before you can be allowed to vote. I also believe people who dont pay taxes shouldnt be allowed to vote. Thomas Jefferson said the country would be ruined when people can vote for free money. We have people on Government assitance voting democrat because they know they will get Obama bucks. Its not right. Screw you crazy democrats, You are insane and eventually you will all realize that you were brainwashed by the government. Republican = Americans. Democrats = scumbag confederate socialist Commies.

One last thing. Obama and the Dems doubled unemployment in 4 years, they tripled the US debt. They increased people on government assitance by 70% in 4 years. These are not the statistics we need to be seeing. I should be president compared to Obama. I believe in jobs and making money, If the US was a business Obama would have been fired 2 years ago. I will see KoRn play in Indianapolis, IN next week. I am hoping for the song Illumanti haha. Actually id like to see Faget played live of course. I seen Korn in Detroit in FEB and I am upset to see they havnt changed their setlist since then. Whats the deal? O yea and all of the worst US cities and states are run by Democrats (California, Michigan). Absolute facts. The best places in the country are run by Republicans (Texas Indiana). Thats a fact.

Great comeback. I bring the facts with me. I am not a troll. This is called Jon vs. Obama and it really means America vs. Obama.

I think you need to pick up a dictionary and look up the definition of a fact, because you've brought nothing but bias and misrepresentation. You think Obama is a socialist. I bet you can't even define socialism as a socio-economic philosophy without looking on Google or Wikipedia.

    Cue a lie in 3...2...1...

Guess I was right, but then I knew that already. Though for someone so intelligent you do make a quite a lot of spelling and grammatical mistakes.

All you democrats are good at is spinning the subject away from the ISSUES. You guys FOLLOW THE LEADER and are brainwashed. You act like your UNTOUCHABLES but every one sees through you. TAKE A LOOK IN THE MIRROR you idiot.

Your assertion is redundant no matter how many Korn album titles you use to make it. Also, not sure if you paid attention or if you're just an idiot (I lie, I'm 100% sure you're an idiot) but as I stated previously; I'm not American. I'm not a Democrat. Your "arguments" have been viewed, judged and found to be lacking. Thus, they've been dismissed as horse piss.

Please try to pay attention next time.

I think this is the smartest thing I've ever heard and ya know what I think the intro to his live set is absolutely HILARIOUS, he can express his own views though some of us might not agree with it, he's an artist, and personally i feel like politics and religion don't have any place in the music world thats just me.
